About us

I graduated from the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Pécs as a physiotherapist in 2015. Concurrently, I completed a 2-year course in therapeutic and sports massage. Throughout my life, sports and physical activity have been essential to me. I have a keen interest in anatomy, the functioning of the human body, and enjoy working with people to help solve their issues and complaints. Therefore, I chose to acquire expertise in these fields. Since childhood, I've been involved in various sports, and I believe regular physical activity is crucial for maintaining both physical and mental well-being.

After completing university, I pursued additional professional courses to broaden my skills in assisting clients. I initially worked in a hospital rehabilitation department, where I encountered and dealt with a wide range of health issues and their rehabilitation across various medical fields (orthopedics, traumatology, rheumatology, neurology, vascular surgery, etc.). Later, I practiced my professions in private practices and salons.

My experience has taught me that addressing every problem comprehensively is essential. Beyond specific injuries or chronic conditions, lifestyle issues, psychological complaints, and stress can contribute to musculoskeletal problems. I always strive to thoroughly assess the background of a musculoskeletal issue, listen to the clients, and provide advice for achieving faster and more effective improvements.
